Den Dedicated Server gibt es, wie das Spiel Minecraft ebenfalls in zwei Varianten. Die Classic (Freeware) und die reguläre Version (kostenpflichtig). Wir zeigen euch hier was ihr für einen eigenen Minecraft Dedicated Server benötigt und geben euch eine Beispielkonfiguration.

Den Dedicated Server könnt ihr von der Download-Seite herunterladen. Für Linux benötigt ihr nur das JAR-Archiv. Auf eurem Server sollte eine aktuelle Version des Sun JRE laufen. Das Paket hierfür erhaltet ihr zumeist von eurem Distributor.

Spring:1944 is a WWII themed game based on the open source Spring Engine. Our goal is to create four fully functional sides (US, Germany, USSR, Britain) with period-accurate units and strengths. Das Spiel heisst jetzt Catan Universe. Es gibt keine Native Linux Version, dafür aber eine Funktionierende Web-Version.
